The response to the services request is quick and both the workmanship and customer services follow up are excellent. This performance is worth a rating of 5 stars. However, the cost of the installation together with the unit cost are high even after a good membership discount. The net price is more than two to three times of price advertised by other vendors. For example, Appliance online have a price of A$1,413. This covers the delivery, installation and remove and recycling of the old unit. I therefore giving an overall rating for this job 3.5 out of 5 stars.
