Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Ruttley's Services for the first time this week to solve a number of lighting issues. We were very impressed by the experience. From the initial visit to assess what needed to happen to the actual work being completed the next day, the guys were professional, efficient and friendly. Thank you to Toby for the initial assessment visit and to Sebastian and Joshua who arrived the next day and completed the work. We would them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for good professional electricians. Well done, guys!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The job is to replace a gas hot water unit which is not function. The response to the services request is quick and both the workmanship and customer services follow up are excellent. This performance is worth a rating of 5 stars. However, the cost of the installation together with the unit cost are high even after a good membership discount. The net price is more than two to three times of price advertised by other vendors. For example, Appliance online have a price of A$1,413. This covers the delivery, installation and remove and recycling of the old unit. I therefore giving an overall rating for this job 3.5 out of 5 stars.
